The recipe is quite simple. Chopped onion, marinated the sliced beef into Korean bbq sauce, put the onion into the marinated beef. Add ground black pepper and salt (if you like).
Cooked the marinated beef onion in the pan. Do not add any water. This is really important because beef already produces water by themselves. Without water, the beef will be more juicy.
After the beef become quite moist and soft, put the chopped broccoli and cook them altogether. The Korean BBQ beef with broccoli is ready to serve. 🙂
